Welcome to Devotion! A 30 day healing programme with Laura, which will guide you to devote the time you need to your heart, your own wellness and self-care. Learn to soothe your body, mind and soul, find balance and calm in the chaos, increase your energy, prioritise your own wellness and make your own self-care a priority with 30 days of Meditation, Breathwork, Journalling and Somatics.❤️ We spend so much time racing here, there and everywhere, keeping everyone else happy, taking care of others, hustling, pushing and getting things done. And so often we forget to nourish ourselves. We forget to connect with our hearts, to listen to how we feel, what we need and what lights us up in life. But imagine if you took the time to really listen to your heart, away from the external world, to devote that time to you, your body and your heart? I wonder what gifts and what magic you might find nestled inside of your heart space. Maybe you would find more peace, more confidence. Maybe more joy, passion and purpose. Devotion is intuitively curated to guide you back to your heart, so you can do just this. Tune in and really listen to you, what you feel, what you need and what you really desire more of in life to create a life that feels good. Each day you will gain access to a new and deeply healing session with Laura which will be between 5 minutes and 30 minutes, and even though the programme is 30 days, you can complete it in your own time so if you miss a day there is no pressure to complete it within 30 days.
