A short session to help you reconnect with your breath and reset your energy.
Hi! I’m Laura - a breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher, and soul guide.
In this short guided breathwork session, you’ll have space to reset, release tension, and restore a sense of balance in your day.
When you’re ready to begin, find a safe and comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You might like to have a blanket or eye pillow nearby to help you relax more deeply.
You can choose to listen to the audio or watch the video version of the same practice below.
