'A Healing Journey with Laura and Tam.✨✨

I am thrilled to announce a half day in person workshop with Tam! We will go on a beautiful journey to connect with our soul through meditation, intuitive guidance, drumming, energy healing, breathwork, journaling and more.

✨ We will begin with an introduction from Laura & Tam, the healing modalities we practice and the plan for the session.

✨ There will be herbal teas to have if you'd like. There will also be oracle cards for messages from spirit and crystals to enhance the healing

✨ Guided meditation for healing journey to connect and receive any insight, wisdom, soul guidance with Tam. Followed by drumming to ground and aid journey.

✨Energy healing (Reiki Seichem, Egyptian cartouche, Shamanic healing modalities and Angelic Reiki) with light touch hands on healing. This will include intuitive guidance which we will write down before the session for each person

✨ Breathwork with Laura. Your breath is the gateway to you, your intuition, your heart, your peace and joy. This deeply healing and transformative Breathwork session will lovingly guide you to open your heart so you can let go of any emotions and energy that you are ready to release, so you can feel lighter and more empowered deep within your body, mind and soul. 

✨ Sharing of experiences if comfortable and drawn to and or journaling to integrate any guidance received during the session
