Finding the time we need for self-care and our own wellbeing can feel hard in the busy world we live in. Life moves so fast and the constant hustle, pushing and doing and constantly being in your masculine energy can feel exhausting, pushing you perhaps closer and closer each day towards deeper burnout, exhaustion and anxiety within every inch of your being. But when you can balance this with more nurturing, nourishment and being in your feminine energy of flow, slow, softness, trust, rest and an open heart. You can begin to feel more balanced, calm, peaceful and empowered from the inside out. 

Devotion is a beautiful toolkit of Meditation, Breathwork, Journalling and Somatic Practices that will soothe your body, mind and soul from the inside out and connect you more deeply with your heart and your own feelings, needs, dreams and desires.

 

So if you are looking to increase your energy, find more balance in your busy world and learn to make self-care and your own health and wellness a priority, you are in the right place.

 

The programme is designed to fit easily into your daily life. I love to do my practices first thing in the morning but you may choose another time of day, maybe at lunch time or in the evening. Either way, I always find it so useful to have my time in the diary - it's my non-negotiable self-care.🌷

 

Life can feel busy, fast and overwhelming but over these 30 days my hope is that you can learn to devote some time to you, your precious body, and your heart space so you can slow down, soften your body, mind and soul so you can begin to tune in to your beautiful heart and listen to your intuition more deeply.

Hi! I'm Laura Uglow. A Mother, Writer, Intuitive Soul Guide & Women's Empowerment Mentor

Over ten years ago now, and after an incredibly painful time in my life, I embarked on a deeply profound but also magical healing journey. I was stuck in a never ending loop of anxiety, pain and complete exhaustion and I couldn't see a way through. I felt lost, but I knew deep down there was so much more out there for me, so I took the next step. I explored my healing, chose self-love daily, and I found Breathwork, discovered the power of brain retraining, meditation and visualisation. I connected deeply to my intuition and my spiritual self and  I began to listen to my body and the whispers of my soul. Slowly but surely, I started to trust my heart and my life again. And it's from this place that I've created a life I love and that is beautifully aligned with my soul's passion and purpose here! Through my own transformation and over 20 years in the health and wellness space I have gained the wisdom, knowledge and learnings to guide you through this same transformative journey.

  • Who is this programme right for?
    The Healing Room is suitable for all women who would like support and guidance to balance their nervous system and heal their inner world so they can move from anxious, lost and burnt out to feeling peaceful, free and empowered from the inside out.
  • What happens if I miss a live session?
    Every live session within The Healing Room is recorded and the replay uploaded into the membership so you will never miss a session. The library is full of beautiful Breathwork, Meditation, Somatic Resources and other wellness resources to support you on your healing journey!
  • What if I have never practiced Breathwork, Meditation, or any of the practices that are included in this programme?
    This programme is open and available to everyone, whether you are new on your healing journey or if you have practiced with me before. It is suitable for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.
  • What if I can't find the time to dedicate to these practices?
    You will receive life time access to these resources and recordings for as long as you are a member, so if you fall behind you can catch up in your own time. The Healing Room will support you to create more space, time and energy for you in your world so you can learn to prioritise time for you and the people and things you love to do in life.
  • Do I get access to Laura?
    Yes absolutely! Once you are a member you can join the Members Hub, which is a beautiful safe space where you can connect with Laura and other members, to find support, guidance and connection on your healing journey.
  • How does payment work?
    Your monthly membership fee is billed once a month, from the date you signed up.
  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?
    I have worked hard to create a safe and welcoming healing space where members use the healing and wellness toolkit provided in the membership as they move through how they feel and navigate the beauty, and the challenges, as well as the ups and downs of life. But if you choose to leave, you can absolutely cancel your membership at any point. When you cancel the next payment will be cancelled and you will have as many days left up until your next payment would have been cancelled.
  • Is this membership the same as medical advice?
    No, this membership is not a substitute for medical advice from your GP or doctor. When you sign up for the membership you will agree to the membership as a toolkit for psychoeducational purposes only. This membership is not suitable for those at risk of experiencing extreme levels of distress or safety concerns.
