Life can be a wild ride at times! So if things haven't always been easy for you and you've lost your spark, your mojo, and your inner confidence. I see you. I hear you. 

Maybe you've reached that point where you just can't live feeling so lost, anxious and burnt out any more but you just don't know where to start or how to make the changes you really need to start taking care of you?

Through the power of Meditaiton, journalling, Breathwork and within a beautiful community of like-minded women we will slow down and soften our expectations, judgements, our self-doubt, anxieties and fears so we can feel more confident, calm and peaceful within and find more balance in our busy world. 

This is a 2 hour Workshop at The Bisley Yurt which will include; 

A Guided Meditation. 

Group Journalling. 

Transformational Breathwork session to a beautiful playlist. 

Home made vegan cacao chocolate treats. 

Community.

Women's share circle.

Crystals, essentail oils and oracle cards.
