This Online Honour Your Grief Breathwork Workshop with Laura Uglow will be a beautiful safe space for you to connect with your emotions and honour your grief through a deeply healing blend of Breathwork, Mediation, Self-Compassion & Somatic Release & Movement.💚
Grief can rip the rug from underneath and knock us off our feet and it can leave us feeling lonely, isolated, confused, angry, sad and disconnected from the world around us. Which is why it is so important that we discover safe spaces where we can take off our mask, make way for our grief and really honour how we are feeling.
